POPM Data Centre.
One expert’s methodology and a set of spreadsheets are now a live web product that scores the social risk of a data centre project. It reproduces her own test workbooks to the cent, and it was demonstrated live on stage at the Community Engagement Conference in Sydney, 13–14 October. I built it part-time as her fractional BA, PM and AI developer.
MPS Intranet.
An ageing WordPress intranet became a mobile-first staff portal for a workforce that is mostly on the road. Staff sign in with their Microsoft account, find documents with search, read safety bulletins and complete training with video and quizzes, all from their phone.
Built on the same Supabase and Vercel stack MPS already runs, so they own every credential and the running costs stay small.
